University Church

Since 2004, the Church of Art & Culture
St. Petri zu Lübeck
has served as the University Church.

The church is there for the university community, from welcoming new students to their first semester through to exam and doctoral degree festivities, and especially for students during their semester studies. Besides festivities, the church holds other events like: ‘University in Dialogue’ –
a public event of the university in and for the City of Lübeck, evening discussion panels, and other major events in the context of a university.

is supported by numerous speakers from the university discussing diverse topics.
