Audit Classes

 Applicants who wish to attend individual courses at the university for the purpose of further education may be accepted as guest students (Gaststudierende) for one semester at a time with the consent of the lecturer for the course in question.
In degree programmes with restricted admission, guest students may attend courses if not all places are taken up by the students.

Guest auditor status can be applied for in the winter and summer semesters. The application for admission as a guest student at the University of Lübeck must be submitted to the lecturer for the course in question using the form provided at least one week before the start of lectures. If the lecturer agrees to the admission as a guest student for the course in question, the signed application must be sent to the Student Service Centre.
