Funding options for young scientists

The workshop is designed for postdocs and doctoral candidates shortly before the end of their doctorate and focuses in particular on the funding opportunities offered by the DFG  for the further career path. It also focuses on the structure of the German science and research system, additional public funding options and international funding sources (excluding EU).

We take a close look at the orientation of the various funding institutions, their structure, the characteristics of the peer review procedures used and the corresponding requirements for submitting proposals.

Individual advice is possible - please bring your ideas for applications.
