Innovating in Personalised Nutrition - using a blend of science and spark to create the future of health

Workshop with Mariëtte Abrahams

Personalised nutrition is a rapidly growing field at the intersection of nutrition, health, technology and society. Nutrition students are uniquely positioned to provide valuable domain expertise, insights and perspectives to create solutions that benefit all.

We are honoured to welcome Mariëtte Abrahams on December 4th, 2023, 10am – 12am, at the Hanse Innovation Campus Lübeck for a 90-minute workshop that is designed to challenge your thinking, stimulate your creativity and help you to think on your feet. You will delve into existing frameworks and explore how current Personalised nutrition solutions can be improved and optimized for better health and behavioural outcomes.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Understand the intersection of technology, business, and nutrition in the context of personalised nutrition solutions.
  2. Critically analyse an existing personalised nutrition solution using a multidisciplinary lens.
  3. Apply innovative thinking to improve the current solution.
  4. Develop a pitch to share your recommendations

This workshop is delivered by an industry expert with a nutrition background, who has leveraged her domain expertise and technologies to create new opportunities in the nutrition industry.
