Im Rahmen der Postdoc Appreciation Week 2024 möchten wir alle interessierten Postdocs zum ersten "Postdoc Synergy Forum - Between Research, Leadership and Mental Health" einladen. Die Postdoc Appreciation Week ist eine internationale Initiative, die die wertvolle Arbeit von Postdocs würdigt und eine Plattform für Austausch und Vernetzung bietet.

Das Postdoc Synergy Forum bietet Postdocs am Campus Lübeck die Möglichkeit, sich mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen über gemeinsame Herausforderungen und Erfolge im Arbeitsalltag auszutauschen. In zwei Workshops möchten wir in einem unterstützenden Umfeld persönliche Erlebnisse und Erfahrungen teilen und über Strategien zur Stressbewältigung und dem Umgang mit den vielfältigen Anforderungen an Postdocs sprechen. 

Neben den Workshops gibt es Gelegenheit, Campus-interne Anlaufstellen für Postdocs kennenzulernen und das eigene Netzwerk bei Pizza und Getränken zu erweitern.

The Postdoc Synergy Forum offers postdocs at the campus Lübeck the opportunity to discuss common challenges and successes with their colleagues. In two workshops, we would like to share personal experiences in a supportive environment and talk about strategies for coping with stress and dealing with the diverse demands on postdocs. 

In addition to the workshops, there will be an opportunity to get to know internal campus contact points for postdocs and to expand your own network over free pizza and drinks.
